National Corvette Museum Continues Construction

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) -- The National Corvette Museum see changes as the massive sinkhole restoration continues. This week, crews are removing the existing concrete slab flooring. Workers are expected to finish smoothing the gravel across the floor next week. Duct work is also being replaced, due to damage caused by the sinkhole collapse. "Right now, the team feels like they're a little bit ahead of schedule, which is good because it will make up for time in case we run behind later. We're hoping to complete all of the work by the end of June or early July," said Katie Frassanelli, National Corvette Museum. Crews will begin work with micro piles in early February.
